Sydney is the in-house casting director for Ipswich based theatre company, Red Rose Chain and the National Youth Theatre associate company, Offpiste. She has also worked for theatre companies such as The Barn Theatre in Cirencester, Royal & Derngate, Papatango & Alex Pearson Productions.
